Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 25, 2026

Welcome to Mad Sports Dad Studios LLC. By accessing or using our website and mobile or desktop applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account or device while using our applications.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services—including but not limited to code, designs, logos, and text—are owned by Mad Sports Dad Studios LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

3. User-Generated Content

If our apps allow you to create, upload, or share content, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Services. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

4. Accounts, Families, and Memberships

Some Services require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to share an account with someone who should have their own.

DialedIn Lifts offers individual, family, and coaching memberships with different limits on how many people may be added. A family or subscription administrator can create and manage accounts within their group, reset passwords, view and manage that group's workout information, export that group's data, and deactivate accounts in that group. If you are added to a family or coaching account, you acknowledge that its administrator can see and manage your training information in that group. Administrators agree to add only people who have consented to being added and to supervise any minors they add.

Membership terms, trial periods, renewal, and any fees are presented at the time of purchase or sign-up and form part of these Terms. Where a membership is purchased through a third-party app store, that store's billing, renewal, and refund rules also apply.

5. Community Content and Training Partners

Publishing a routine to the Community catalog, connecting with a Training Partner, or opting into the leaderboard makes the described information visible to other users, as explained in our Privacy Policy. These features are optional. You agree not to use them to harass others, to misrepresent your identity, or to share content you do not have the right to share. We may remove published content or disable social features for accounts that misuse them.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our apps will be error-free, secure, or operate without interruptions.

7. Fitness and Health Disclaimer

DialedIn Lifts is a workout planning and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified medical, fitness, or other professional when appropriate, and stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other warning symptoms.

You are responsible for choosing exercises appropriate for your condition and experience, using safe form and equipment, and providing appropriate supervision for minors. Heart-rate, calorie, workout, and other health or fitness information may be estimated or supplied by devices and is not guaranteed to be complete or accurate.

Programs, routines, progression suggestions, strength standards, recovery indicators, and training statistics in the app are general information, not a prescription for any individual. Some included programs are advanced or sport-specific and assume an existing training base; they may involve jumping, sprinting, maximal effort, or high-impact work that is not appropriate for everyone. Athletes should coordinate training volume with their coaching or sports-performance staff, and anyone with an injury, medical condition, or a history of either should get clearance from a qualified professional before starting.

Family and coaching administrators who schedule or assign training for another person, including a minor, are responsible for ensuring the assigned work is appropriate for that person and adequately supervised.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mad Sports Dad Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
